LIFE IN THE SPIRIT STUDY BIBLE NOTES
10:26 Fear them not. The disciples’ work for Christ and their battle against Satan will expose them to Satan’s counterattack (vv. 16-25); yet they do not need to be afraid, because the Holy Spirit and the Father will sustain them (vv. 20, 29-31). They must remain faithful to the Word of Christ, preaching openly, frankly and courageously.

Genesis 9:1-3 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
9 And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth. 2 And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered. 3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

Psalm 9:15-20 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
15 The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made:
in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.
16 The Lord is known by the judgment which he executeth:
the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands.
Higgaion. Selah.
17 The wicked shall be turned into hell,
and all the nations that forget God.
18 For the needy shall not alway be forgotten:
the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.
19 Arise, O Lord; let not man prevail:
let the heathen be judged in thy sight.
20 Put them in fear, O Lord:
that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.

1 Corinthians 16:10-12 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
10 Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear: for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do. 11 Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come unto me: for I look for him with the brethren. 12 As touching our brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come unto you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time.
